Oven welding jig
The machine has the function of ensuring optimal operating conditions in terms of sheet metal joining, clamping and heat disposal for the robot welding operation for the oven cell components, i.e. the side walls, bottom and top.
The jig is able to allow the robotic welding of various models (in this case almost 30 models) by carrying out a mechanical tooling of some parts of the jig with control from the touch panel.

clamping of the sheets with copper locks for cooling
hydraulic power unit
electrical panel with touch panel
Profisafe interface with welding robot with communication of the oven model to be welded
