Jeep dashboard cutting machine

The machine has the function of cutting a shape and a series of slots on a car dashboard necessary for the subsequent assembly of a cover.

The shape and the various slots are obtained thanks to the action of punches and matrix where the punches are installed on a mobile presser moved hydraulically.

The hydraulic system includes:

• 150-liter tank

• double pump for management of:

  • low pressure and high speed stroke (approach stroke)

  • high pressure stroke (working stroke for cutting)

• electric motor P=4kW
