Jeep dashboard cutting machine

The machine performs blanking of a profile and a set of slots on an automotive dashboard for the subsequent assembly of a cover.
The profile and slots are produced by the combined action of punches and die. The punches are mounted on a movable pressing plate actuated by a hydraulic system.

The hydraulic system includes:

• 150-liter tank

• double pump for management of:

  • low pressure and high speed stroke (approach stroke)

  • high pressure stroke (working stroke for cutting)

• electric motor P=4kW
