The machine's main function is to assemble metal strips onto car door sill supports, ensuring correct, precise, and repeatable positioning and pressing with a specific pressure.
The trim assembly machine performs the following main functions:
gluing of the aluminum trim with positioning tolerance within ±0.1 mm by applying pressure between 15 and 50 N/cm²
testing the presence and correct positioning of plastic clips
inspection with vision sensors of the trim graphics according to the preselected model
printing of the label for product traceability
